I haven't been able to find an answer to this anywhere, but is it possible to change the "casual" clothes your character wears?

I really don't care for that beige thing.

 

Other than that (and the hair options) I'm really enjoying the game so far.

Nope, sorry. Maybe they will add the option for us to change it in the future.
