Has anyone had something funny like this happen before?

I was on Luna, doing the Rogue mission, and I was killing the turrets outside the base. I got back inside the Mako, and it started freaking out on me. The vehicle was just tumbling all over the screen, like.. like a lottery ball in one of those hand cranked machines. It just kept going around and around, flipping upside down and over and over again.

I could move but I couldn't do anything else.  What was even funnier was the Mako was taking damage everytime it slammed to the ground as it jumbled around.

Since I couldn't stop the raving vehicle, I decided to save, and reload.  When I reloaded, I dropped down from WAY above the map.  Was quite the fall.

I wished I could have recorded it or such, but I never bothered to put any of that kind of software on my machine when I put Win 7 on it.

Yeah, it's a known bug that Comic but annoying.
