Hi All  (specifically you bioware folks),

I have to say that I love this game but I really do dislike walking around looking for little loot piles after fights and clicking that damn find loot button.  Is there a chance we could get an option button (totally optional) we could press that loots anything near us  minus I assume treasure chests.  That one perk could even alter the distance it works for.  At the very least just an option to always have stuff highlighted would be nice.

I was honestly one of the people that was all "oh god why are people crying about this", but after 10 or so hours it got good bit annoying.  Obviously it is your game and labor costs, but I thought it would be a nice change.

I support this decision; it does get annoying. An area loot would be lovely!

To OP don't forget to press (F) rather than hover over and right click.  I didn't realise until I was looking at hot keys, it speeds it up a bit.  But +1 for post, its very annoying.  I spend half my time trying to climb a mountain and half my time searching and clicking on the loot.  Only a fraction of my time is killing (which I love doing).

Is it really that hard to run up to a drop and click F? Also, you can hold R to continuously attack, if a lack of auto-attack is a problem for you.

No, it's not hard. The words that do come to mind is annoying and tedious, however. Also, there is absolutely no reason for such a design decision to force gamers to be in "active sonar mode" to get crafting materials.  You can still explore Thedas in "passive sonar mode" .

About the R key. Why on earth should I hold a key to continuosly attack? First my left hand controls the WSAD keys for movement and second my right hand holds the mouse for target selection and attack type. I have no third hand.
