Not only are the pots annoying to hit, they sometimes get auto targetted in the midst of battle.

I would not be sad to see the demonic clay pots disappear altogether.
I think they just break the flow of the game. I would rather go and bash the next set of enemies than having to stop to gather gold, and hearing my character say for the 100th time, "wow I´ve never seen something like that!".
I would just be happy to get a payday at the end of each zone, with a chest opening or an automatic reward, as done after objective completion.

Yeah, just replace pots with enemy dropping gold and be done with it. Keep pots as scenery elements, breakable by AoE skills, like the wooden crates.

I have personally interected and verified a few bioware developers on reddit seeing as i am the creator and moderator of that particular community. They are most definitely there and they do post fairly often. Just check out our sticky thread on /r/DragonAgeCoOp if you want proof of that.Reddit is about as credible as gamefaqs to be honest. They are both great places to get information and be part of a community, but collections of bugs are meaningless without developer awareness and interaction.

I just R3 target the pot and attack, they break fine, atleast on my assassin, alchemist, and templar they do. Or if im on my ele, immolate works good.

The more ludicrous part is that you have to run up to the gold on the floor, press F and then wait for the animation to finish in order to actually get it. And it's almost never worth actually picking up because it is only like 10 gold.
Just give players a gold pickup aura of something. Or have the gold autodeposit when the pot breaks.

Why can't we have pet nugs that collect the gold? I'd call mine "Nugget".

Immolate seems most reliable.
It's not any more reliable than any other direct damage AOE spell/ability.

I want a pet fennec that collects those golden nugs.
