I have purchased/redeemed several DLCs, including Warden's Keep, Return to Ostagar, and Shale. All I got when I purchased them was an email with an order number. How do I get my CD Keys so that I can enter them into the game and stop having to deal with this stupid bug, which prevents me from playing what I legally purchased?

When I'm in Sepulchers Pass and i agree to take wand and go wake up Shale, I get nothing on the map. What's more, the problem began after reinstalling Windows ( I've got 7 ). None of my new characters can start any of mission-type addons. But when i loaded saved game from my old character ( with Shale and so on ), everything worked fine. But only on that saved game. It's pretty annoying when I can't start any of those addons, especially when earlier everything worked fine and the game was installed exactly the same way. I think that the problem lays in awakening addon or patch 1.03 ( when everything was just fine they weren't installed ). Can you help to resolve my problem?

Content downloaded ok, but when I went to return to ostagar, the ground just beyond the entrance (war council) is missing...I can walk on air. After the battle where I am supposed to get the first armor item, I don't get it and the quest arrow on the spawns body remains after claiming the random loot he also generates.
I redownloaded the DLC, and the missing ground problem got fixed, but I still cannot advance the quest as the first armor item is still 'unobtainable'.
Thoughts?

Really, they should really fix this mentality of producing non-working protections. Pirates play every game in the market. I buy games and I have problems.

The "Save/Deactivate/Force Load/Save/Reactivate/Load & Play" method however convoluted used to work and from what I'm reading here Bioware claimed to have fixed the issue in a patch where in reality they didn't fix the original issue and made it worse by breaking the only known workaround?
To top it off the uninstall/reinstall method despite taking an inordinate amount of time and bother to do doesn't work either, some items simply will not appear using it so when to the bother of doing it only to find after re-installing after the origin that it doesn't work and I have yet another borked stuntie avatar.
Further, as a PC user I can't find the add item console codes as they are apparently restricted and or unknown?
It's about time they simply removed the "remove items from avatar and inventory" part of that quest, so we keep some gear that's worth what? Sod all after a level or two in return for keeping the DLC items, I could live with that and those that can't can destroy items freely.

You will find a solution to your issue here: Blood Dragon Plate has disappeared from inventory (1.04) - SolvedLord Badmagic wrote...
Created threads on the dwarf noble dlc issue here & here already as search didn't spit out this thread.
