After the game launch and before clicking on resume or load, try the following:Roshin wrote...
Edit: I found this, but haven't tried it yet. It does sound like an overly elaborate way to solve something, but maybe it works. Does it mean that I have to repeat this process every time I want to play? If that's the case, I'd rather just delete the bloody thing.

1. from main menu, check that you are logged in then select Downloadable Content
2. if you see your DLCs on a green background, continue to step 7
3. wait for Point Balance to be updated
4. close panel
5. click again Downloadable Content
6. this time you should see your installed DLC on a green background and the Points Balance in update mode again
7. wait for Points Balance to be updated
8. close panel and load your saved game.
You
only have to proceed this way on your first savegame load after DA:O
launch. Once this is done, you can directly load savegames during the
same session.
