Hi Guys,

 

Well DA:I has been out for a week for some of us, how are we finding it? I’m loving the heck out of it myself. Sorry its been a bit quiet around here, all my spare time has been absorbed by DA:I single player and I suspect I’m not alone J. Still apologies for the lack of activity.
 

I’ve been discussing trying to get platform specific sub forums going with Allan Schumacher, but he seems to be… a little busy at present (poor guy), so we’ll just have to muddle through.

I’ll be trying to get the platform threads updated but I think it may be easier if people post LFG (Looking for Group) threads directly in Group Discussion. We have a lot of people saying that they are around but not many saying they are actively looking for a group and they may be getting lost in the other bigger threads pinned to the board. I think we need a few active DAMPers to take the lead until more people have got the hang of joining in.

I’d suggest a thread stating your platform and timezone and when you are looking for a group. Something like:

 

LFG [PC UTC -5] Tuesday Nov 26

LFG [XBONE UTC +1] Thursday 28/11

 

Hopefully if any fellow Casuals are about at that time they can post in the thread and arrange to hook up with you.

Also, if anyone has any general questions about DAMP or multiplayer in general please don't hesitate to post it. The only stupid question is the one you don't seek an answer for

 

Following Maugrim’s lead in the main DAMP group, I’ve created a chat room on Origin for PC players called DAMP – Glorious Casuals. I’ve sent out some invites and will try to get all PC players invited when I’ve got you all added to my friends list – its in beta and has some bugs (gasp); I’ve never used it before so can’t speak for how effective it will be, but we can but try.

 

For those of you on other platforms I assume you know how to hook up with your fellow casuals through your XBL, PSN Friends lists etc? I’ll have to leave that to you to get sorted out I’m afraid, as I’m not on either platform. Perhaps I could ask for a volunteer to take the lead? PM me if you need any help.

WEll barly run game on laptop but ive put 30+ in multi 10 ish in sp both are great and i hope add dark spawn soon too multi

Been totally absorbed in the single player, haha! Beat it with my dwarf and close to the end with my qunari play now. However, tomorrow's Thanksgiving here, so I'll be tied up with family stuff the remainder of the week. I'll see if I can get some MP time in early next week.

I dabbled in DAMP for awhile, then went back to the story. About 50 hours into my first play through and want to finish it off as I have ideas for second / third play throughs 

 

But I still want to play DAMP with our Group members. Had too many annoying moments with PUGs.
