I´m loking for the electric rune shematic to upgrade my weapons... Anyboy know where I can find it?

As with almost all runes, you get the schematics by using veilfire on a glyph.  Each time you find the same type, you get an upgraded tier (normal -> master -> superb).

For Lightning:

One in Storm Coast, in Lyrium Falls at the south.

One in Crestwood, cave east of the dragon's little fighting arena.

Last one in Emerald Graves, gotta grab the veilfire in Fairbanks camp, then backtrack the way south until you find the glyph.

I've found all of the elemental ones except for the last spirit one.

Northwest Hinterlands, north past the farm.
Western Approach, on the other side of the Still Ruins. Right next to the Astarium.
Emprise du Lion, south of Sulevin Keep. Have to go through the Red Templar quarry.

Probably a stupid question, but how do you use veilfire on a glyph?

 

I ask this, because I found multiple glyphs, but never gotten a rune schematic. I think I have seen 3 - 4 glyphs while running around with veilfire in my torch. But there is nothing to click or use on the glyphs... 

 

What am I missing?

Western Approach, in the Still Ruins (Tevinter dungeon), near the north exit in the prison cells.
Cradle of Sulevin (there's a quest that leads to it by finding a book in Emprise du Lion), I think you need a rogue to pick the lock.
I don't know where the last one is. If anyone can tell me, that'd be nice. It's really bothering me.

You just use examine while holding the torch. Not every glyph gives a rune. Some just give a codex entry. I think. Or maybe they're bugged. I've found a few that didn't give anything. Like in the Forbidden Oasis.
