yesterday I played the game and while I was playing my internet disconnected so when I finished playing it didn't sync the saves, so when I tried to play I had to two options from Origin: load from the cloud or from the saves, and I forgot and accidentally chose the cloud option. Is there anyway I can restore the saves or find them in some folder?

I don't think so. Origin replaced your computer's files with the ones stored in their cloud. You might find them in the recycle bin, but I doubt it.

There was a four-day stretch there where I wasn't able to connect to Origin. Not sure why, as my internet was fine.
So when it reconnected I had an extra 16 hours of gameplay completed. That would have hurt. But I picked the right one.
