Does anyone know where to get some? I'm hoping to craft one of the Dragon runes to assist in those fights, but the only wyverns I've found (via the quest in Crestwood) didn't drop any.

I'm in the Hissing Wastes farming wyverns now. They all drop scales. About every third one seems to drop glands.

The Oasis in the Hissing Wastes has nothing but Wyverns there.
