To my understanding, Fereldan represents England, Orlais represents France, and Antive have peopple who sound very Spanish. So is Antiva another country or not? Also, maybe this is just Cassandran, but she sounds German. So where is she from?

I think Antiva is meant to represent either Spain or Italy. Cassandra's country, Nevarra, is meant to represent Germany, I think.

I'd say Antiva is more Spain AND Italy, mixed together. Rivain would be the Carribean imo.
Cassandra is from the nation of Nevarra, which seems like a Germanic nation, despite it sharing the name of an actual country that once existed between Spain and France.
