So if I play my second playthrough do I have to go through all of them again? Some of them got ridiculous timers 14-21hrs.

More agents is the only way.

Really? That's... ehhh....I think there should be an option atleast for subsequent playthroughs to instantly finish war table operations (excluding the gather gold and resources ones cause that would break the game).

Change date and time on your computer, a day ahead, it will insta complete. Then just set the date back. That will not cause any issues.

The war table missions will continue even when you're not playing the game.

Yeah, I usually start the really long ones before I go to bed or work.

Date and time trick. I clear all end game ones on my second playthrough in about 15 minutes. Its a nice option if you really dont want to wait.

Turn the game off. Go and do other stuff. And when the game is ready to let you continue, start playing again.

Which I'm rather happy about, having to play those fifteen hour missions in game? No thanks.

My strategy so far has been to just start the lengthier ones before I go out or go to sleep, and go through the shorter ones when I'm actually playing.

Set your PC clock forward, or console clock forward.

So, do you minimize the game, set clock forward then resume? Or do you have to close the game/origin?

Just tested this to save time. Works just fine. Nothing messes up. Can indeed change time with an alt-tab.

I am playing 2 characters paralelly. While one is at long missions I play with the other. The date change messes up my antivirus.

I suspect the timers are as they are to make sure you don't find yourself at endgame with too little material done. On a second playthrough, I suppose you know the game well enough to, well, cheat--sorry, but I don't know what else to call it, lol. They shouldn't change it, though or first time players are going to end up at the end without enough content done.

This. It's so much easier. The timers just make it a nuisance to keep going back. I go in and clear as much as possible just moving the date ahead by a day then go back to actually playing the game.

You can get as much as you want done with or without timers. They just force you to play longer and keep coming back much like side quests or 60 carry limit. More of a nuisance then anything else. I used the time change trick to get tons of stuff done so I could get back to doing other things and prefer doing it that way. It allows me to keep on task much better than to keep returning to haven or skyhold. The design is actually very inefficient.
