There's a quest marker right next to the sword astrarium in the hinterlands on my map, but I can't find a person, body, or anything else that corresponds to it, is it bugged?

I, too, have this weird exclamation point that seems to be directing me to the top of a mountain near one of the skulls (near Calanhad, at the camp with the pig roasting over the fire). I don't remember this particular directive on my playthrough with my female Quizzie, so I assume it's a bug?

 

As for the quest marker, has any of your companions mentioned you 'looking around' or anything? It could just be the same bug that I'm experiencing and if you really can't see any indication of a quest then perhaps leave it and see if it doesn't disappear either after you return to the Hinterlands or once BioWare releases some of the first patches. I think you can read a book there, but I don't recall anyone needing anything done there once you check out the Astrarium. Either that, OR the game has bugged to the point it doesn't recognize you did the Astrarium in the first place.

 

Either way, if there's nothing you see that could indicate any sort of quest, leave it and hope it goes away (I hate quest indicators I can't reach/that are bugged. It makes the perfectionist in me twitch).

Yeah, for whatever reason I kept playing and when I came back to it, the marker was gone, so I assume it was just some weird bug.
