@Magma_Axis - As long as they acquiesce to reasonable requests and fixes I'll be happy. I realise some of my suggestions may be far-fetched, but there's no harm in dreaming up some new ideas  ^_^

Hi there :) Regarding this part:

  • Pressing 'y' allows the party to sheathe their weapons even if engaged by AI, so that they can flee at full speed from unfavourable fights.

....doesn't the same thing happen if you press "L" for your party to disengage from combat?

A chest...a bottomless chest for all my crafted goods would be nice.    :crying:

@Magma_Axis - couldn't agree more

@shigara - hear hear, thank you for your contribution

@SuicidalBaby - I understand you might not agree, but I'm not sure if anything I mentioned is illogical given the right rationale - kick Iron Bull out and those that are opposed to an alliance with the Qun come forward with new alliances, the same goes for those that do not agree with allying with The Friends of Red Jenny, perhaps if you kick out Sera and turn down their aid the Templars come forward and bolster your ranks with veteran patrols due to what they view is your integrity as Inquisitor, that's just off the top of my head. You could go on, but rather don't, I learned the cure to slaying trolls years ago and have been practicing my Melf's Acid Arrow ever since. Rather than merely putting down my contribution, how about being constructive... there's nothing worse than criticism that isn't constructive - feel free to start your own thread, mine isn't a bridge for you to lurk under.

Good questing to all. I'm biding my time until patch day, I didn't sign up to be a play-tester of the game.

Who's lurking?  Freedom of speech allows you to say what you want as well as anyone else to shout it down, even if it is within the ToS on a private web site.  Point by point is a waste of time with this wish list of lazy and ill conceived mechanics you want in the game.

@juliet_capulet - Heya  :)  thanks for the heads up! I'll try that

@Browneye_Vamp84 - haha that would be great, here's hoping for storage in a future patch

@SuicidalBaby - evidently, you are lurking, proven by the fact you again choose to spill your negativity over into this thread without adding anything constructive. I fail to understand how compiling an exhaustive list of hopeful additions to the game could be construed as lazy, perhaps what you deem lazy I view as more user friendly. Freedom of Speech is so easily invoked as a justification for your continued lurking: yes, you are entitled to say whatever you like. Let me phrase this in a way you can understand though - you cannot possibly fathom the immensity of the continental f*** I could give about anything you will ever say. Excuse my stars. Have a nice day  :D

You should probably go read the Constitution again. You appear to have slept through that part of the class.

Patch 1.1 Suggestions:

  • Fog of war on local maps slightly translucent to show the underlying map so that players have an idea of area perimeters and accessible areas.

lazy.  how would you know the layout of the landscape prior to visiting the area.

  • Searching highlights lootable items on the mini map - slightly faded if they are above or below the player's character. There should be different ping sound options available, with the player being able to mute these sounds entirely if they prefer (lootable items should be visible on the mini map as mentioned).

more items and textures loaded in the current area, possible issue with weaker machines.

  • Fixed search item reveals such as ladders, fast travel markers etc should have a different colour highlight border and different ping sound, allowing players to know when all lootable items in the vicinity have been collected. Basically there should be certain search filters available.

a good idea, except the filters would be overkill.  simply leave them off the search function.

  • Pressing 'shift' allows the players party to walk, especially within places such as camps, forts and Skyhold. Would also come in handy when mining on precarious ledges.

fine

  • Allow players to sprint (faster than default run) in short bursts, especially in areas where mounts are not available, perhaps with the caps lock key.

fine

  • Improved inventory interface (too layered).

fine

  • Party auto-engages attacking enemies.

would conflict with disengagement attempts.

  • Storage in Skyhold.

fine

  • Inquisitor armour shown in Skyhold.

fine

  • Full key-mapping available.

fine

  • Players should be able to loot corpses by left clicking. Regardless, whatever key looting is bound to the controlled character should automatically run within range to collect the selected item, even if it is a slight distance away

fine

  • Loot should scale to level. My party at level 16 attacked and killed a level 18 dragon which dropped level 12 items, I couldn't fathom how I wasn't rewarded for my efforts, expecting it to drop items between levels 16 to 20 at least.

Dragon materials are above lvl 16. you just got a ton of them.  Dragons collect all manner of items and loot for their horde.  Lazy, wanting to be handed more when you've already gotten more than enough.

  • Pressing 'y' allows the party to sheathe their weapons even if engaged by AI, so that they can flee at full speed from unfavourable fights.

this is already possible.

  • When using my primary skill mapped to the number 1 key, I often accidentally bring up the console screen that is accessed by the key above the tab key - please remove this or allow to bind it to a key I never use, that is incredibly far away from keys used regularly - it's unbelievably annoying and totally breaks immersion. I don't even know what the point of that screen is.

lazy, been in gaming how long and still can't work the 1 key separately from the ~ key?

  • In options, the players can enable an 'auto search' option, which automatically sends out a search constantly and makes the search radius invisible - I am pedantic when gaming and it gets a bit tiring constantly pressing 'v' throughout the entire game: this reflects the fact that your party members are constantly vigilant of anything that might aid their quest.

lazy, there's already been an Auto Hot Key script designed for this purpose if you really want it.

  • We understand the need for realism within the game, there should be an option to enable insta-looting, insta-mining and insta-harvesting should the player wish. I enjoyed hearing the pickaxe or trimming scissors for about thirty minutes, after that the novelty was lost very quickly and it just slows the game down. Or perhaps clicking the middle mouse button could send the nearest companion to go and harvest.

Lazy.

  • After a battle players should be allowed to loot once and collect everything off all fallen enemies within the immediate vicinity.

Lazy.

  • When on roads, autorun should have improved pathfinding so that the players character will run along the route of the road, running around rocks and other impassable objects.

Lazy with your lazy now.  GG.

  • Collecting or harvesting should not cancel autorun, similarly when autorun is enabled, if the player runs into a door it should open automatically, presumably the inquisitor knows where the door handles in Skyhold are and I tire of opening the many doors to get to the war council.

lazy with a dash of sense.  I can agree with the door idea.

  • Fast travel directly to the war council should be a fast travel option.

Lazy

  • Party members should regenerate health when out of combat, even if incredibly slowly.

LMAO, lazy.

  • Players should have some say in the allocation of skill points... perhaps I'd like my mage to sacrifice some magical damage for hit points.

agreed.

  • XP gain from reading a codex should be shown.

your xp bar pops up and says +50xp

  • There should be an option to hide only the Inquisitor's helmet, not the entire party's.

would be nice if it was an option for individuals.

  • More higher tier 4 items should be available for purchase or as drops, my party is already level 18 and I have yet to see a single item, it would be nice to be enticed.

gear is easy enough to come by or craft.  lazy.

  • Party AI is bad at times: Mages should stay in range but as far from the melee as possible while archers should run for higher ground as soon as battle commences. AI uses focus abilities at the wrong times, it should be able to discern if the threat level of the enemy warrants using a focus ability and use it appropriately. I had Solas wasting a firestorm on two lone bandits.

Agreed, the tactics removal and change in direction was a bad idea.

  • Besides healing potions, the AI should be able to discern when the use of a secondary equipped potion is necessary, perhaps after enabling this in the tactics screen.

again, tactic system removal.  agreed.

  • It seemed a bit lazy on the programming side that when the inquisitor mounts up, companions disappear - they should all mount up when the Inquisitor does on character specific mounts - The Iron Bull on a bull clad in iron, now that's what I'm talking about.

would cause performance issues on most of the machines attempting to run this game.

  • When mounted and autorunning, mounts should have improved pathfinding and the player should have the ability to order the mount to autoride to the marker they have set on the map automatically, using the most expedient route there. If the marker the player has set is unreachable, when the mount gets as close as it can the marker should disappear to inform the player that this location is unreachable by any means.

Interesting but still lazy.

  • If the 'f' key is used to mount up, why can't the same key be used to unmount? I found myself repeatedly pressing 'f' shaking my head every time it didn't unmount.

agreed, the interact button should function in the same manner for dismount.

  • Geological survey requisitions completed in an area should show all possible herb and ore node locations as dots in an area, which when regenerated appear on the local map once more.

interesting, but should be integrated with the scout inquisition perk.

  • Treasure map requisitions should be added, that when completed, show players the location of all lootable chests in the area.

lazy.

  • Different coloured floating text in battles indication crits, stealth, bleeding, poison, flanking and magic damage.

it does.

  • The ability to re-colour armour in Skyhold's undercroft, using the pigment from different herbs harvested.

A good idea.

  • Outcome variants for using different advisers to complete different operations should be shown beforehand, or is the only difference the time it takes, this should be clarified.

Already in the game. Read the text and think about your actions.

  • Completed operation pins should be removed from the war table, they are pointless clutter.

Agreed.

  • There should be an option to auto-run a mineral operation (perhaps while playing only after a Y/N confirmation in-game) and resource operations should have tiny minerals and herb icons shown above them to allow a player to quickly choose which resources they want to gather.

Your choice on who to send on the mission determines the materials gathered.  Already in game.

  • Clicking on a completed operations pin that unlocked a new area should automatically bring up an option to fast travel there with a "do you wish to fast travel to this location" message.

Good idea.

  • There should be an option to 'lock in' one's preferred party on the missions screen, we understand you want players to use different combinations of characters, but once I have my party designed and planned I tend to stick with that combination and shouldn't have to manually select the same companions for every mission, even when leaving Skyhold, if I want to remove one from my 'locked in' party I should be able to do this manually.

lazy.

  • There should be more random encounters: when you control all the camps in an area you should see your troops patrolling the area, clashing with enemy troops or wildlife, the same goes for enemy patrols. There should be massive enemy patrols that you need to call in your own patrol to fight and with their aid they are beatable. Enemy patrols should occasionally wander into your camps to remind you that nowhere is safe.

not a bad idea.

  • The circle of life:  wildlife should prey on itself, with smaller animals eating the bigger, or bigger animals trampling over predators and the player able to loot what is killed. More diversification in wildlife types. Killing a lot of one animal leads to an increase of another animal's population due to lack of natural predators, if this is present already it should be a lot more visible.

Giants, Bears and wolves already do this.

  • The 'leave conversation' button should reset all conversation, it's not ideal that when you talk to a NPC that you have left the conversation, you pick up again at the same exact point.

they have made a point of not forcing you to go through the same conversation lines repeatedly, this would defeat that.

  • Respeccing should be free and there should be an option within the character record page to reset all skill points at any time, player should be able to reclass at a costly price - this would allow players to experience all combinations and classes in one playthrough, as well as allowing a player to complete all the specializations across classes in one playthrough, I know this may interfere with dialogue options, NPC's would just refer to the players character as whichever class they are at the moment of speaking.

lazy.  money isn't hard to come by, your decisions should at least have an impact, even if it is a minor one.

  • Introducing options to dual-specialize within one class?

single specializations are already incredibly powerful.

  • All characters should have romance options for any other character, perhaps sometimes more persuading would be necessary in unusual match ups, but anyone can fall in love with anyone, in real life and Thedas should be no exception. Love is a battlefield.

interesting.

  • Not including a companion within your inquisition (or kicking them out if they are already there) should have some benefit for the inquisition, which are shown when you make this choice. If I could I would kick all companions that I don't use directly out of the inquisition for these bonuses.

you lost the companion's resources, there are already options with in the game to take advantage of choices you make dependant on the presence or influence you have over those characters.  this reeks of laziness and free handouts for doing nothing significant.  you lose what you consider nothing for the gain of something you didn't earn.

  • Modifications to Skyhold should not be only aesthetic but also functional, quarries and logging stands should generate rock and timber continually as a usable resource, in greater numbers depending on how many you control (enemies should be able to seize these back too when you are not in the area). Modifications should possibly include constant influence, power, gold, XP, magic item find for example. Or even Dragon Research which allows you to pinpoint the weaknesses of each dragon.

This should really be 2 points as research in general requires an overhaul besides just, "more damage to enemy type".  The research should unlock the knowledge about such creatures revealing immunities and resistances.  This could also be accomplished during the fight as you test certain elements.

  • The huge pillared hall in Skyhold should be used as a trophy room where you can view the creatures you've fought and their bestiary and abilities, perhaps built through creature research. Disappointed it didn't develop at all.

good idea.

  • The side room of the Inquisitor's bedroom containing casks of ale should have shelves where valuables can be placed to admire.

good idea.

  • Even if it only restores 5 to 10% health, there really should be an accessible combat healing spell or templar ability, I'm sure there's someone out there who knows how to heal mid-fight. The Knight Enchanter specialization's signature spell builds up too slowly for it to be of any consistent use.

use a +% focus item to gain focus faster. Mastercraft works offer this as well.  Upgrade your potions for a significant healing advantage with any character.

  • Without revealing any specifics, people should be warned beforehand that if they do not complete certain companion's side quests then those companions won't be available for the final storyline mission.

your actions or inactions should have repercussions.  lazy.

  • Varric can't be the only person to possess a crossbow in Thedas surely. The crossbow should be a ranged weapon that uses strength instead of dexterity and has its own skill tree, for those wishing to have a warrior party and having some ranged damage. Similarly a warrior with the right skill should be able to smash locks and doors, so that a rogue is not always needed within a party build.

It's been reported that any ability that can trigger combos can bash basic locks.

  • Without needing a mage in the party, warriors shouldn't have to miss out on one of the game's most useful spells, namely Barrier, templars should be able to cast their own form of it.

templars get a massive aoe stun, dispel, and damage buff as well as 100% group guard at lvl 1 focus.  Their dispel combos with their stun which 1 shots late game groups, especially demons.

  • Please raise the level cap  and xp gain substantially late game, a player should be able to max out at least three different skill tree branches with each character.

lazy, even at 23 everything you encounter is easily dispatched.

  • The inquisitor should be able to seamlessly move around all groups of talking people instead of having some programmed as if they were a brick wall you can slide off of, they should move out of the way of the most important person on Thedas dammit!

too lazy to walk 2 feet to a side?

  • Party size should be increased to a maximum of 5. Having a smaller party should generate more XP depending on how many characters are taking part in a mission (if solo, XP gain should be massive). Inquisitor shouldn't need to be included in party selection for certain missions either.

separate issues.   xp gain is given to members not present, would cause imbalance.  separate missions for individual group members or "rescue" missions would be interesting.

  • I tried out multiplayer, and had to mute some guy who seemingly could only use expletives as every second word and persistently kept telling everyone how high he was: I don't think in-game chat in multiplayer should be enabled at all, people should get by using the F1 to F10 standards such as thanks, over here, retreat, etc. I hypothesise one of the reasons Hearthstone is doing so well is that players virtually can't interact or write to each other with the exception of a few in-game generated responses.

cant argue with this, the in game mic situation is terrible.  mic should at least be abled to be set to a toggle.

  • There should be more than one reminder that an operation is completed, perhaps 2 reminders spaced 5 minutes apart coupled with a soft ping alert.

lazy.

  • There should absolutely not be an option to buy items in multiplayer using in game currency bought from real currency, this cheapens the game and defeats the point of grinding for new gear, we all payed for the game, that's enough, integrity is worth more. As a hypocritical aside I bought the deluxe addition and was thankful for the better weapons and especially appreciate when later game even better schematics arrived. These should be able to be used by any player in the character's party and I thought there should be a tier 4 set of schematics sent through just before the player embarks on the final storyline quest.

The OPTION to purchase RNG chests with real money has no impact on you or anyone else.  If someone chooses to spend their money, it is of no consequence to you or anyone else.  Be grateful they are in your party, making your experience easier, which seems to be the entire focus of your suggestions in your post.  This sudden burst of morality is hypocritical at best.  The system worked for ME3 and was a successful enterprise for them and was the groundwork for this one as well.  It is the reason there will be nothing but free DLC content.

  • Exploration skills tree: each companion has three possible skills that can help when exploring. Examples - Varric has an 'increased gold find' skill from his connections to the merchants guild, Rogues have a skill which allows them to jump higher than other classes due to their natural agility, Mages have a 'soft landing / levitation' skill that prevents them from taking damage when falling from heights into accessible areas.

interesting concept.

  • In the Undercroft, overseen by Dagna, there is an area where minerals that have been found are able to be cultivated in a small alcove, the garden equivalent for minerals. These should perhaps take double the length of time it takes to grow herbs.

nonsense coupled with laziness.

  • The players party can go on certain operations that are 5/10/15 minute mini-missions on small maps in single player.

increase difficulty, stop after 1, 2, 3 or 4 levels.

  • Expand on the Inquisitor skill tree unique to the player.

good idea.

  • Sometimes I just want to play single player, offline. The game should be able to launch without Origin and only use local data should the player choose this option. Even having to open Origin in offline mode is a pointless exercise.

DRM - we accept this with Origin.

  • I was going to suggest you launch an app for mobile devices but subsequently read that you plan to - why so multiplayer focused though: what if the app could allow you to select a character and craft weapons and armour as well as saving them to your single player game, or even access the war council remotely for operations.

overhead on this would be ludicrous. a pipe dream.

  • Normal mode is much too easy - killing a Dragon for example basically just meant I needed to stand near it while the AI of my three party members dealt with it, normal is practically casual if your party members have level-relevant gear.

so increase the difficulty.  silliness

  • There should be an encounter where you come across a full scale war with hundreds of enemies and friendly AI.

performance issues with 90% of the machines running this.

  • Do passives from the same class within the same party stack? IE. Having two Templars in the party build for example... this should be clarified.

lazy, god forbid people test these things.

  • No real repercussion to the party for the traitor companion revealed at the end of the story, other than you can't use this companion after the story ends?

DLC has yet to be thrust upon us.

  • There should be three mini storylines unlocked after the main storyline ends, unlockable using power, which seemingly has no use after the main story ends, which is a pity. I have 30 power left over that I want to use for something.

LOL

  • In the war council all companions should be present, giving opinions and this should be the central hub where you can access all companions and all advisers in one central location for conversation purposes, as much as I like running miles to view each companion's bedroom within the massive Skyhold.

good idea, but if you want to have a conversation with someone, you go to that person.

Like I said. A waste of time.  Don't say, "I never gave you nothing."  Don't feign the high ground, i was right the first time.

I can only hope this thread is completely ignored by the devs.

Your suggestions are focused on making things incredibly automated, it equates to nothing but laziness.  Reading comprehension is difficult for some people, I know, but please do make an attempt my good man.  I glanced at the a good portion of the list and already knew that it would be the usual proportional level of garbage to good ideas.  I wasn't wrong and now I've wasted my time as predicted because you won't bother reading any of it.

You wanted constructive, you got it.  Negative is constructive.  A lesson you should learn.  Your list is 75% garbage, deal with it.

You should probably go read the Constitution again. You appear to have slept through that part of the class.

You appear to lack the bigger picture mate.  Freedom of speech is an ideal, a piece of paper is useless unless you actually make use of it. work on that and well get together in the future to see if you've made any progress.  have a good holiday.

I can only hope this thread is completely ignored by the devs.

oh come ON! you yourself said you agree on several points and finally you claim you hope that those points get overlooked? 0_o

while I agree that many things proposed ARE pure lazy, why brush them off entirely based solely on that? are games a sport or something? I for one play games to relax, so its a time when I want to be lazy. if you take them as a sport, well then Id like to see those muscles mate...

furthermore - we dont claim all those requests MUST be worked in. if the devs say "this, this and this will not be worked in because of that, that and that", so be it! these are just thoughts, those can, but dont have to, be accepted by the "listener".

A lot of the points mentioned by the OP makes sense, but a plus goes to:

* Storage in Skyhold.

* Fog of war on the minimap

* Loot scaled to the level of opponent you kill

* Smarter AI.

I'd like to add the following:

* More background music that plays more often, whether you're in a fight or just wandering around the massive map.
* Better placement resources, not in places that can't be or can barely be reached.
* Better armor design.

@Valethar - You, sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. You may be a girl, in which case I tip my proverbial hat to you.

@Muerte - I'm glad you agree.

@Eckister - Thank you for getting the bigger picture.

@Drab on Age Exquisitor - Thanks for you contribution, I agree completely.

@SuicidalBaby - Here we go. Please don't turn this post into a petty spat, this is not the intention, it is to provide constructive and possible feedback to developers from the players in the hope of being a help to them through feedback and responses pertaining to certain issues which they may have overlooked. The name of the forum I posted my feedback and suggestions in is Feedback & Suggestions

You remark that over half of my comments are either acceptable or good ideas yet feel the need to go through them individually to rubbish them, without constructive input... do you know what that's called? C'mon I know you know this word. Lazy. If you agree that even a single point of the many I made is a good idea then there is in fact some merit to this thread, as well as being a platform where many others have put forward good ideas. As @Eckister even states, I play RPG's to unwind as a break from my career, my focus in RPG's is outfitting my party and focusing on combat, the running around, while nice, is not what I enjoy personally, so you can construe that as 'lazy' in that regard, but I like to be in the thick of the action, anything else is just an added bonus. Some of the suggestions I make would shave time off the exploratory aspect of the game, which I don't mind. Over 8000 people have viewed this topic which means that hopefully the developers have seen this and taken anything from it they deemed fit and in the better interest of all players. I remain anonymous and warrant no recognition, I'm just trying to put a few ideas forward that might improve the quality of the game for thousands of players, I cannot possibly see what there would be to dislike in that, yet you hope the developers completely ignore this post. I'm giving feedback and suggestions in the place Bioware have designated for that, and you're basically trying to say I shouldn't, so you're attempting to impinge on my right to give feedback to a company whose product I have paid for, in the specified area for it. Even when you think this thread contains some good ideas and completely disregarding everyone else's good ideas on this thread, of which there are many: that's cutting your nose to spite your face. If you love the current state of the game so much I'm not sure why you aren't playing it then, instead of trolling suggestions and trying to start a petty squabble, on the section of the forum entitled feedback and suggestions no less. I still fail to see why you even commented in the first place. You state that freedom of expression permits sheer destructive criticism and that "negative is constructive". Clearly you and I are not even from the same planet. I realise I should not even have dignified this stupendous ignorance with a response. We get it, you disagree, OK. Have a pat on the back. Please feel free to start up your own topic and write as much as you like there.

Please for the love of Andraste fix the cutscene dialogue bug.

It happened with Dorian at Skyhold so I was forced to skip my way through it, but now it happened when I got to the Romance scene with Cassandra.

That is something I looked forward to from literally when I put the game into my PS4 and now it was ruined.

Please oh please fix this  :crying:

I am sitting here checking this forum to see if anyone has a new fix that actually works for the crashes that have no error messages, that seriously needs to addressed straight away. There are user discovered fixes for most things, not this one. The controls are a bit wonky and there are some small issues, but a patch needs to fix the major problems quickly, or Bioware will alienate a lot of fans that became hyped for this game.

I wouldn't want to spam the forum with redundant subject matter.  I wasn't lurking, a viewer in my stream mentioned i should check out this absurd thread and it's distant pipe dreams, so i did for all of 5 minutes.  Posted my thoughts and was summarily challenged to back them up, I did, which was the same opinion I formed initially.  Your indignation at being shouted down requires it to be lurking because you can't accept being wrong.  If any of the garbage you've come up with is taken with any of the valid suggestions it would be a huge mistake.  Accept that fact and you'll do yourself the favor.

Petty?  Please don't belittle yourself.  Engage or move on because you're unable to do so.  Defend your suggestions to alter the game in a way that not everyone agrees with or accept that they are poor suggestions in the first place.  Realize that your feedback may, in fact, negatively impact the gameplay of other people who purchased the game as well.  This is exactly where I should be posting if it means your suggestions are not accepted as the general consensus of the player base.

Have you visited forums before? They are used by everyone to spread opinions, it should be also used to give proper feedback, but most of the time they are not. You are starting a pointless argument, neither of you will agree with eachother. One of you thinks the forums should give proper feedback and not, as you put it "hilarious garbage" and one of you wants to spread opinions. If you are so bothered by his/her opinions, then start another thread just for genuine proper feedback that you think is not garbage.

alright, nobodys perfect. what are your alterations to SirDanALOTs suggestions? this is a discussion after all, so do alter the things you dont like. its not like were forcing you to gobble down everything, we humbly ask you to state your oppinion on how YOU view things should be. since you accepted around half of the suggestions, I take it you wont have the desire to change those. what about the other half?

Frostbite engine is difficult to mod, the game is moddable, just modders have to put more effort in :)

What I would like to see is an option to toggle map markers. I hate metagaming and that's what this game is loaded with. Why should I know the location of notes that would give me a quest. I would like to find things by explorarion instead of following a quest icon on the minimap. So many games have the option to toggle what markers are on the map, but not DA:I. That's all I want.

Man, I've seen lazy in this thread a lot.  So if you get a game-breaking bug that isn't your fault, are you lazy because the game won't work right? :D  Feel like taking that word and using magic to let it float above some heads.  This is the first game in a very long time that has been unplayable for me because of one game-breaking glitch.  Did I go back and reload a previous save?  Yes.  Did that fix it?  Yes.  So why be lazy, go back and work hard again to fix something that wasn't your fault to begin with--that you paid for.  Perhaps I'm trying to not be lazy by trying to reproduce the problem a second time, just so I can be sure I'm not crazy.  Heck, I even have proof the bug exists in the way of pictures---if that's not going out of my way, I don't know what is.  The only lazy thing about it is it not being seen or answered for three days.  That's lazy, or purposeful ignorance.  I should add the original issue was posted on the HQ forum and not here.

I just want character creation work as intended. I noticed that a couple of times, i spend 30-40mins customizeing a characters face perfectly? Nope. Get stuck in opening cinematic. (Happened 3 times with me atleast) Also, creating characters that are one race. but are either glitched and count for a different race or two races.

(I.E My Dalish Elf Mage during lines involveing their last name, i get a bug where they say the Noble Human last night with my Dalish name, both lines said at the same time, sounds really bad).

This made a character i played over the coarse of 90+ hours Elf-Origin,and instead shes technically a Human in the crafting system, not the intended race.
