a lot of good things, frankly, i don't have time to read it all, but some are good, and important. things like hide hats of some but not all party members, and mounts for all companions and such. And storage.. oh god storage. the game obviously encourages you to horde, but though you have a whole castle, there's not ONE crate for all your stuff. A WHOLE DAMN CASTLE. Anyway, also i saw some points you made is already in the base game. Such as showing XP for codex unlock. I dunno if you missed the XP bar that shows up as you read it... anyway, I do hope bioware take a look at your suggestions.

More like this game need to be MODDABLE.  That pretty much will fix most of the thing.

ps also realized my last post was redundant in that the previous page SuicidalBaby posted in length something i totally agree with. Anyway, some points need to be addressed, and yes, lets hope the dev go cover some of these in the next update

A lot of great suggestions, I'd be happy if they remove the stupid ping/search gimmick ( miss the old days of hold down ___ key and it highlights loot/interactables) and drastically alter the AI. The AI in this game is pathetic and extremely frustrating. I can not stand combat, it's my least favorite aspect of the game and damn near torture. I remain hopeful that some of the issues you listed will be addressed but I honestly doubt it. EA is a terrible company and they're corrupting Bioware or so it appears.

If-then tactics system instead of the dumbed down behaviour menu we got instead.

The very reason this game is so good, why so few people have so little to say that's bad, is just because the game is so unforgiving, unrelenting and doesn't hold your hand.

You must have accidentally started DAO instead of DAI where enemies are inert punching bags who may have a hundred times the HP of your toons but only a tiny fraction of the damage output. Seeing old friends like Arcane Horrors and Pride Demons turned into toothless AFKable pets is a sad thing indeed...

As regards the claim of yours that I highlighted in purple - your perception must be so divorced from reality that it boggles the mind. And I'm not referring only to these forums, also the rest of the world including reviews (professional or otherwise). DAI has 99% of what's needed for a truly great game, and big parts of it rate at least 11+ on a scale of 1 to 10. However, there are some small parts that rate 1- at best and which they destroy the experience because they are in people's face all the time, like the horrid interface, and also because most of the problems are completely unnecessary. As if Bioware had fired all people who'd ever worked on RPGs before or even played one.

Good night,

A topic really well developed. My best hope would be the improvement of controls / camera / vision tactic (the PC game); tactical options equal to Dragon Age Origins and changes as attack / collection / Open automatic. Really hope Bioware pay attention on player feedback.

Sorry for the bad English, I have to use Google Translate.

Almost 90% of that will not happen. Patches are for fixing bugs, not catering to your specific wants.

We know that but we have to report feedbacks so these might get fixed in next updates, fortunately.

Yo, thanks for spoiling that a player character is a traitor, especially considering its already common knowledge which companion isnt useable at the end, so now we know who it is. Thanks man, you a true pal.

@Saikouze - my sincere apologies for that! The initial thread was my first time posting on any forum, I really should have mentioned potential spoilers.

I see the patch is out, going to raise the difficulty, start a new character and give it another bash  :wizard:

Ha ha. Who do you think you are to ask for such long list of "to-do work"? Maybe you should produce them next time

+ SirDanALOT   You have some great suggestions and feedback. I'm hoping Bioware and EA consider what you have compiled here. I'm somewhat blown away that they didn't add a walk button. I'm personally playing it with a controller so it's not an issue with me but I imagine that there is many players out there playing it with keyboard/mouse.  I'm actually playing this on my HP Envy laptop on low settings so your suggestion about the massive battles between NPCs is not very appealing to me since there are areas in the game where I lag quite a bit due to so many npcs being on screen at the same time.  The game scales amazingly well considering how modern Frostbite 3 engine is. I was actually pleasantly surprised when the game fired up and played well as it does. According to the Can you play it and requirements lab, there was no way that this game would run on my laptop.  Anyhow, thanks for posting the thread. I hope it gets seen by the appropriate parties who can consider what you've posted here.

@Strangerism - really dude, I couldn't care less what you think. I do think I could make a better game if I knew how to program. Writing is my area of expertise and I certainly could think up a better plot, characters and dialogue than the drivel provided to satiate 12 year old gamers.

@tekmagus - thank you for reading this in the spirit in which it was intended, I realise the volume of suggestions I put forward made it seems like harsh criticism - I basically just expected much, much more from this game.

This was literally the first time I've ever posted on any internet forum. Subsequently I was banned from the forum and my post blocked, then it reappeared saying I had included spoilers of the game, that wasn't my intention, I didn't even know "spoilers" was a thing. So not only was I censored, but Bioware failed to directly address the many concerns of this post, of their loyal customers who paid a lot of money for this game and waited years for it. The tiny patch they released was a joke. I'm utterly disappointed and I have since deleted the game from my PC and will never support EA or Bioware again in any way, shape or form. Even if they release my favourite titles ever I flat out refuse to give them another cent for the entirety of my life. To be a play tester for their rushed, broken and incomplete games at the date of release. It's a matter of ethics. If there was some legal recourse I could take too I would, I feel that as a loyal customer I was treated in a disgusting manner.

All I can say is bring on The Witcher 3 in January, which looks to be everything this poor excuse for a game is not. I'm over this post and everything it stands for: I won't be commenting again.
