I found this really great face morph of morrigan but it comes pre made in a hairstyle I do not like. I would like to put the original hairstyle on her but I can't open .mor files in the toolet... can I?

Yes you can but it really won't do you any good. The 'visual' file for editing is the mrh file. I've never seen this sent with the mor file.

Don't listen to TreDawn. You can very easily do what you want to do with the toolset. All you have to do is open the .mor file in the toolset, and change the value of the hair file to the one you want. Then, just save the .mor file, and it will have whichever hairstyle you chose.
When you open the .mor file, you will be presented with a node tree. You want to expand the one called "MORPH_PARTS" to find the entry for the hair file. It will likely be named something like "hf_har_blahblah."
You want to change this value to "hf_har_mora_0" to get Morrigan's original hair.
