Hey. I'm at 46 hours of play and since I got to Skyhold, Iron Bull has just been sitting inside the tavern. Seems I've exhausted all his dialogue options at Haven already and there aren't any new ones. Flirted with him then whenever I could. I got one Bull cutscene upon my arrival at Skyhold where we spoke to some soldiers in disguise, but that's it so far. No personal quest, no romance options, nothing.
I take Bull with me regularly to kill Venatori, I've done Krem's war table quest... only thing I haven't done up til now is to kill a dragon to get his approval up. Everyone else is much more chatty.
This one's bugged, folks.
