Has anyone else not been unable to complete the mission a manuscript of some authority? I went to the still ruins killed all the Venatori there, completed the dungeon, and still didn't get the manuscript and now no more Venatori are spawning in the area. Am I just missing it? or did I miss my chance by getting rid of all the Venatori? Any help would be appreciated I really wanna get to that dragon.

The manuscript is in a room in the ruins, not a drop from the venatori.
