I actually couldn't get all three to work together because one particular statue(I think the one in the kitchen? If I remember correctly, its sitting atop something above the usual sight line) I couldn't reach.

 

I kept trying to grab it but the game kept denying me, so I had to abandon it. Had I been able to pick it up, I believe I would've won all three of them over.

 

Instead, I ended up with solely Celene being in charge.

 

If anything, I'll fix this in the Keep before the next game comes round.

I actually found 11 Hala statues, but that is still stort of getting me in that 3 halla door to get the Red Jenny stash if you want the best ending.

It annoys me that if I bring Varric along then I have use 3 statues to speak to him.

I wouldn't do this every time, but it's nice to have the option for it.

Or jump on the table, then jump on the candle holder on the support pole. 

 

I think the Briala and Celene reconciled ending is the best. This has all the possible endings (spoilers, obviously) so you can judge the outcomes yourself. http://dragonage.wik...e_(Inquisition)

 

Although I wonder if both Orlais and Ferelden will end up in civil war before long given that neither country has a clear heir to the throne. There could be an unmentioned Ferelden heir somewhere but Celene seems to be leaving things rather late. The strong possibility of a child king/queen or another war of succession wouldn't bode well for Orlais' long term stability.

I killed off Celene through Gaspard's sister, got Briala screwed with the fact she slept with Celene. Gaspard had 100% power and I did the war table mission where Josephine sat down with Gaspard and Anora (my choice from Origins) which in turn they allied and both Orlais and Fereldan became strong and they work together to secure the Orlesian-Tevinter border. I also put Bhelen in power of Dwarves and they're thriving. The nice guys, or girls, don't always make the best leaders. Gaspard is a great and loyal ally and doesn't use you like Celene. Gaspard and the Inquisitor are on the same mutual respect level. My opinion that's the best ending
