Ditto on Shail666's reply (Red Templars). I've been running around in Emprise du Lion and it seems like every Red Templar that I loot either has Red Lyrium or Everknit Wool on them.

Human enemies have a lot of the wool, cotton, everknit, lambswool, corpses seem to do as well
