I have been having trouble with this quest since I started it, but now I'm really stuck. I'm at the point where, after talking to Dagna, you have to go to the war table to find Samson's Weakness. I go to the war table and there's nothing. I've collected 40+ power points, I've spoken with everyone, and still nothing. Am I missing something? Is there something I need to do to trigger this quest to show up on the war table?

It's not a quest you actually go on and I don't think it costs any power points. I believe it's on the Fereldan side of the map by the lake in the west.. (Just to the right of the giant sword marking the EDIT: in your heart shall burn*** main quest). (I might be remembering the lake wrong- there is a smaller truth or dare quest to the right of it though if you have done the first truth or dare quest.)
