I mean even if the Warden failed to stop the blight it will still fail. I mean Cory was a way bigger threat but he still failed his army was wiped out and he was sent to the fade all in I guess a year. And now I wonder if Ferelden failed did the blight really had a chance? There are the armies of Orlais the full non civil war engaged armies and also the armies of the templars to face and way more great wardens like a few hundred more. So did the blight really had chance?

The Blight would have continued until everyone died if the Warden failed. That was kind of the point.

Not really, but the blight wasn't trying to take everything at once.
In destroying civilization in part of the world it could amass more darkspawn to move on to other areas.
Your character wasn't the last only hope of stopping the blight, it was about how much damage could have been prevented and how many lives saved by stopping it earlier.
