video game movies are all pretty much terrible. tomb raider stunk, but at least it made some money and had its followers. most of the others were just bombs.

I believe there was a horror show called "are you affraid of the dark?" where teenagers tell each other scary stories around a campfire that often scared me rather badly as a child, my older sisters liked to watch it though.
13 ghosts of scooby doo was sometimes creepy too.
I am sometimes still amazed at what can be scary to children and not be scary at all when you watch it again later.

I've got a good one. When I was 10, I ventured out onto the internet for the first time, I believe. I got a virus that told me to download more bogus virus blocking software, and the popups for it always had porn for some reason. I told my dad immediately that something was wrong, but I was no longer innocent.
