Does anyone know where the mosaic piece in Echoback Fort is? I can't seem to find it.

Does anyone know where the mosaic piece in Echoback Fort is? I can't seem to find it.
If you're facing the cave up to the astrarium, turn right. There is a ladder up to a ledge there. Turn south (really the only way to go) and you should see it in the tiny lookout post area (the square corner of the wall, really).
At least that's where I thought I found it. Apparently I have a horrible memory, though, but I know that ladder's easy to miss when there are quite a few other things to do in the same area.
