1. Blackwall - Wonderful, love the beard and the story
2. Dorian - He's just funny and fun to be around
3. Solas - Very interesting, didn't expect to like him much
4. Cole - He's very sweet and has a good heart
5. Varric - Fun as always
6. Cassandra - Awesome but so serious
7. Sera - She's funny and cute but I find her a bit too simple minded
8. Iron Bull - too "bro" for me
9. Vivienne - She's sooooo rude
It's very curious to see some patterns: Cassandra frequently lists near the top while Vivienne consistently lists near the bottom, generally for the same reasons. I thought Varric would rate higher on average, but he seems very middle-road for most of us (I chalk this up to his more grim and realistic outlook in Inquisition). The others seems to be wild cards based on personality clashes. If you're strong-willed, you probably enjoy Dorian and Solas; if you're more easy-going, you probably enjoy Sera and Cole.

I didn't get to know a lot of them too well in my first run so this may change after another round.
1 - Solas (Romanced. Everything about him was incredible. I've become a crazed fangirl. There's no going back)
2 - Cassandra (Used to dislike her, now she's my favourite woman in the Inquisition. Great friendship with my quizzy)
3 - Cole (Big fan of him in the books, loved his transition into the game. Such great banter with Solas and Cass)
4- Dorian (He's beautiful and sassy. I'll be romancing the crap outta him next)
5 - Iron Bull/Varrric (I'm not sure who to put here. They were both great mates to my Inquisitor. Provided the most laughs)
6 - Vivienne (I didn't talk to her much, and I get that her personality is easy to hate. But I liked her in her own way. It was nice to not have a crazy rebel mage for once)
7 - Sera (Enjoyed pulling pranks with her and she's funny at times. But her attitude towards my quizzy for being 'too elfy' grated on me)
8 - Blackwall (Yeah, when his personal quest started it took me ages to figure out who was missing. I liked when I first met him but I found him to be a bit dull. Maybe he will be a grower. I tend to have one of those in DA games.)

1 - Cullen (Damn it, Bioware. I was never a big fan of this guy but he's really improved. Great chats with him.)
2 - Josephine (She's adorable, and great a Wicked Grace

Advisors:
1) Josephine: I liked her way more than I thought I would. I like how she tries to handle her problems herself instead of shoving them on me, I like her personality, I like her backstory, I like her romance, I like...well, everything!
2) Morrigan: I love seeing how much she's changed from Origins.
3) Cullen: Wanted to hate him. Couldn't. He's matured a lot and has some great talks.
4) Leliana: She unnerves me this game. All that talk of making people change? It's setting off warning bells in my head.
Companions:
1) Cassandra: I really, really liked her. She's a reasonable Andrastian, doesn't try to shove her beliefs down my throat, has a lot of depth and flaws, and admits and apologizes for her mistakes. She became a great friend by the end of the game.
2) Iron Bull: The guy's a bro. His total acceptance of transgender Krem, his camaraderie with the Chargers and the Inquisitor, and his total inversion of a typical Qunari makes him a total gem.
3) Vivienne: I get why a lot of people hate her--she's manipulative, is pro-Circle, etc--but I found her interesting. She provided an interesting viewpoint on the Circle and made reasonable arguments that actually made me think about mages. And she can display a bit of softness towards the Inquisitor, soothing their doubts and providing good advice.
4) Cole: I hated the kid in Asunder, but I love him here. He's really changed, and can change more in this game. He's also probably one of the few unambiguously good characters.
5) Varric: Don't get me wrong, Varric is still awesome. He's just...not that interesting this game. He's more Hawke's friend than the Inquisitor's, so having him around felt awkward. I did enjoy the "Wicked Grace" and "Aftermath of Adamant" scenes, though.
6) Dorian: I admire his attitude towards his homeland, and his struggles with his family and sexuality are heartwrenching, but besides that he's sort of your token snarky character...when you already have a token snarky character.
7) Solas: The guy is interesting. It's just a shame he disagrees with everything I say and do.
8) Blackwall: His character twist was shocking, I admit, and I admire his heroic nature, but other than that he doesn't really stand out.

1 - Iron Bull- 7/10 Never used him, but he was funnier than expected.
2 - Dorian- 7/10 I liked him, could have done without one quest but meh once past that he was great.
3 - Sera- 5/10 a tad annoying, too contradicting for my tastes, still very funny, and that's still good innit?
4 - Varric-8/10 Always liked Varric since he was always down the middle on issues instead of one side or the other.
5 - Cassandra-9/10 Once you get her stern attitude she's great.
6 - Blackwall- 9/10 Loved this guy, even after something, but he's such a great tank and honestly spent an hour trying to decide what to do after certain events.
7 - Cole-8/10 Such a sad character, always made me want to squeeze and hold him for comfort.
8 - Solas-8/10 This guy.....all I'm gonna say about it.
9 - Vivienne-0/10 Hate her, sure is easy to attack the mages choices and say they are wrong when she lives in a mansion(outside of the mage circle walls), lover to a noble and being on first name basis with everyone in the Imperial Court.
10 - Cullen-10/10 Loved this guy, his romance was done really well in my opinion.
11 - Leliana - 9/10 - Still mad I can't romance her
12 - Josie - 9/10- Loved her as well.
