Gatt doesn't appear anywhere on the screen, proceeding the quest will result to a cutscene where he is missing and you can't hear the conversation. any way to fix this? I tried reparing the game

Damn. I found out what caused this, the NPC for this quest died. There he is lying on the ground. I don't have a near save backup for this. Any way to fix this guys?

THis happened to me as well on the Xbox 360. I couldn't fix it, regardless of how far back I reloaded. It always happened. The quest can still be completed, it just isn't as satisfying since Bull is talking to a blank screen.
