Sorry if this has been brought up already (did a quick search and didn't find a thread), but I would like to request that items used for requisitions (e.g Fereldan Medallion of Service) and research not be put into the valuables category of items as it is rather counter-intuitive. The valuables category should only consist of items that serve no other purpose than to be sold to vendors and items you have manually put in there yourself. It's a little annoying having to constantly buyback dream rags or whatever whenever I use the sell all (junk) feature at the vendor.
Items that aren't junk defaulting to valuables.

Yeah, this is pretty terrible and utterly defeats the point of the "move to valuables" and "sell all" buttons.

Its really bad as OP says.
One otherthing is that a medallion, takes as much space as a 2 handed axe.
And that valuables takes space, when ore, elfroot does not.

I lost all the reasearch items that I collected during the first 7-8 hours because of this problem.. Once I realized that I had sold them it was too late for rebuy. There are separate lists for recipes and upgrades, why don't you add a list for them in a future patch?

Yep. Research Items go there too and it makes no sense, since they're specifically designed to be an item type you never ever sell.
