So, not a quest as such, but I just went to modify some weapons at Skyhold and I am no longer able to select the "Remove Upgrade" option, it's greyed out O.o Is there a reason for this or is it a bug? (I'm playing on 360, if that makes any difference.)
Can't modify weapons/armor at Skyhold?

I have the same issue (playing on PC). Can still swap out upgrades but can't remove them as before.

Is your inventory full? It might not let you remove it because there's no where to put it
