I have my cd code but my disk is scratched to uninstallable, is there anything i can do?

Probably use it as a coaster.

Buy the game from GoG or Steam and install that way.

You're doing a re-install and you don't have it on your system?

 

Well, as you have the disk, even if they don't work, you could get the game from anywhere and install, or even copy somebody else's (it doesn't actually need the registry entries to work) and use it as long as you have valid CD codes.

 

If you don't have the CD codes either then buying the game again is the only answer.
