Needing to find out if this is a bug---
I completed all the requirements for this quest - Gone to Skyhold Quartermaster completed the quest there, but cannot find the "build" site for it...I have been all over Skyhold...What am I missing?

Go to where Casandra is training. Go up the stairs to the top of the wall. Head in the direction away from the corner tower. It'll be where the wall turns out. There's also an "!" on the map where it is.

Its the stairs along same wall that the quartermaster and smith are built along

In my my case, there is no exclamation mark on my map, and no tripod in the location described. The Journal entry says that I have fulfilled all of the requirements, and the bars are solid, Interestingly, the diamonds are still hollow.

My mistake: after all the materials have been acquired, you still have to go to a requisition desk and craft it before the marker and tripod will appear.
