it says i need spirit essence, where can i get some?

Are you sure? I used this guide to help me with my mage's specialization and it was spot on for all three specs ...looking at the reqs for a Templar it's saying you need to find 3 broken philters not spirit essence ...which last I knew was an ingredient for a specific rune rather.
