I have Vivienne's personal quest (Bring me snow whites heart) but I can't for the life of me figure out how to access that part of the map.  I know there must be a way but I'm missing it somehow. I have the garrison right beside that area but I can't get to the camp area south of the garrison or the Quarry (?) Logging Camp (?) (I forget which) or the area for Vivienne's quest.  Any hints would be greatly appreciated.  I have repaired the bridge and cleared out all that area.
