Solas, and I'm not sure I will ever be able to romance anyone else in the game.

I initially set out without a clear idea of who I was going to romance in my head. Once in game it was a toss up between Blackwall, Josephine and Cullen. In the end Cullen won.

I romanced Josephine. Favorite LI in Bioware history. 

 

Thanks to a a kind poster here stopping me from jumping the gun, I romanced Josephine. And though I'm not quite finished it yet I'm enjoying it so far and it's exactly what I've wanted from a romance in these games, it definetly makes up for not really enjoying any of the previous options.

Chiming in as yet another person who romanced Solas. It's easily my favourite romance of all BioWare games. Solas turned out to be a very interesting and charming character, the story itself was touching and heartbreaking, and that bombshell he drops re: a very important part of Dalish culture in the final romance scene blew my mind.

 

GDL's acting was perfect and Patrick Weekes is an evil genius. That is all.

I can't seem to warm up to anyone at the moment, but I am merely at the beginning...  After 29 hours of gameplay and having finally settled on one character to play. I started to look around at the romance options and after having ascertained that Cassandra won't do same sex (and she was the only one who interested me) I met Dorian, who is the only one who peeked my interest. He seemed lively. With Leliana not being an option (and in a way I find it cool that she'd stick to my Warden), I am a bit at a loss, and with her hardened side I find her even more attractive.

 

Damn it Bioware, you did a Liara on me again.

 

I read from some that Josephine is adorable. I don't really get the "adorable" feeling from her. Although, having talked to her both as human and elf, she did take note of the fact that my elf might be treated poorly and that was nice to see.

 

I may not go for romance at all this time around, just having one for the sake of having one doesn't do it for me.
