Anyone able to finish this quest?

 

I found the right tower, but can't find the entry to it.

According the sketch it should be on the outside of the wall (on the side of the camp below)

But i can't find a path to it.

 

The entrance i found, is blocked with a pillar, i can see the ladder inside.

 

Does anyone know what i've missed?

One of the walls is partially collapsed. You can walk up the slope.
