Is it possible to change stats on your chr. or your companiens in game (after it is selected) ?

Not entirely sure what you mean by stats here:

-if you mean skillpoints than yes you can always respec any of the playable characters(you can buy respec amulets both in Haven and later on in Skhold-and there infinite amount of them avilable)

-if you mean base stats like streinght/magic, dexterity etc.. than the answer is a bit more complex, since characters get those stats assigned autmaticly as they lvl up(you never get to chose any of them), however there is a way of customising you characters stats by gear you use(both crafted and found which alows for great modifications of base stats)

I ment skill points. Are they called respec amulets? I will be looking for them.

their in the shop at the blacksmith where you craft gear.  litteraly the only thing they sell.
