So I'm at the Rift At The Falls quest in the storm coast, right next to where you find Vellfire, and nothing happens when I walk up the rift. Do I have to trigger something to make the rift spawn enemies so I can close it? Or is this another glitch?

Possible glitch. I completed the rifts on the Storm Coast yesterday. Both rifts spewed out demons as I approached, killed the demons and closed the rifts. (PC version). Could be a platform issue ?
