Yes, I did tell you that and yes, it is he. I had a game with him last week sometime, Glacier Collectors, I was SE he was SI coincidentally. We spent the game trying to blow each other up with A-bombs, and I managed to revive him into a Praetorian sync kill.  Afterwards he sent me email acknowledging the quality of the contest. I think he mainly likes yanking BSN chains.

Well, there's nothing wrong with it, but most of the HA's damage comes from combos, not the powers in and of themselves.  So you could, for example, put a Cyclonic on and gain survivability while not really gimping damage output.
