I've never used a Power Amp on the Justicar but I've always kind of tanked her a bit, I should try the PA on her.

It's 0.2 secs which is actually even shorter than that in game in gold and platinum. I mean it's up to you though what you do best with. Most swear by warp rounds but I destroy with Drill rounds on the Human Adept. Some will tell me I'm doing it wrong until they play with me. I can still take most everything mook level down just as fast, **** up phantoms even faster, eat anything with multiple hits faster as well. I run Geth Scanner so it synergizes even more but that's just my playstyle.

I don't know what the maths say about this, but if you take an HA with a +%200 CD, and play a match with no Power Efficiency module, then you play the same with a Power Efficiency III module, the difference in CD far exceeds .2 seconds.

 

It's closer to .5 seconds, which actually starts to become significant when talking about a glass cannon like the HA. It's the difference between triggering a BE which heavily damages and staggers all surrounding enemies, and getting shield or health gated (or flat out downed).

 

I know you've played a lot of this game .. if you are ever in the mood, give this experiment a try

Did you use a power amp and a strength enhancer while you did it?  Did you spec for duration?  How long was the cooldown before your concussive shot?

I like to launch my Concussive Shot every 1.8 second or less. Any longer between Concussive Shots and it messes up my rhythm.

I seen Pint post that he did get on Pearls stream and talk ****. But I can watch Pearls stream through twitch on Xbox even though he is PS3. So it's entirely possible he just got on twitch to harass the PS3 BSNers.
