The quest is named: The Door in Par'as Cavern.
I have too find a key to open a door in a cave.
I have searched the internet what I should do, but I have to find a women and give her a ring to get the key.
The problem is I can't find here anywhere I looked literally everywhere.
Can someone help me out or is it a bug?
The quest can be found in the Forbidden Oasis.
I had trouble finding her too. I could see her location on the map but couldn't actually find the person. Turned out she was underground, in a tunnel so I had to go underground to find her. Plus she moves around as you are looking for her.

I finally found her, not underground but somewhere on top on a rock, strange place :/
