This rain filter really starts to annoy me.

I get wet inside a Cave, under canavas cover, merchants are soaking wet under ther raincover.

Inside houses is wet, carpet goes wet, wall are wet.

Its wet everyhere except my hair, its still that bad freaking look, that I have to endure.

 

So why rain. does not do anything to the game at all, except annoy me to the brink of.... madness.

 

I want a mod that take away the rain, and fix the hair so it comes up to the standard of the rest of my character looks;)

 

Its a good thing that Skyhold is not in a rainy area, I would have stop played if it where;)

It might have something to do with the graphical effects and the mesh settings.

Everyones hair in the game kind of always looks wet anyway, so shiny
