I've done everything so far but I cannot find the last champion for this quest and I am in the area it's supposed to be in. It really bugs me because I want this specialization but cannot have it T.T I'm thinking the games glitched.

north end of the coast, have go onto the road and around the rock that blocks you from going farther.
