Can you actually do that? When they showed it off in the trailer, I thought it was just for Dramatics. However they then said that if you upgraded something you could.
But you can only close a rift after you kill everything it spawns.

When you gain the focus ability. It's right before you get to Skyhold.

Hmm. I usually kill them all before I've closed a rift. Otherwise it takes too long

So you are able to close the rifts before killing everyone? I thought that Mark of the Rift simply damaged demons
