Hey, for those of you out there who have finished the main questline I have a few (noobish, sorry) queries about it. Spoiler free answers please, if possible 
Firstly, can you carry on doing the side quests after the main questline?
And secondly, is there any quests I should definitely do before the final mission?

2. This depends what you want out of the game, you don't NEED to do any of them. I would suggest doing companion quests though.

I want the best ending I can get, so I figured that companion quests would be a must. Is there anything else I should do before the final show down?
