Or I am using win 8? If I am using win 8 it means it could be the prob? Anyway could the windows be the problem? If yes, I will defintly go back to my old win 7...

I don't know where the problem is coming from for your setup. This game is not graphics bound to any particular degree. I run at 2560 X 1440 on a GTX660Ti. I generally stay right at 30 fps with only occasional issues in high compute load areas. I don't always get the issues in those areas. I have the very latest NVidia driver. If you're running MXAA, turn it off. Then check again.

Windows 8 = Windows vista, not worth upgrading.

Try unlocking the frame rate, it seems to have helped some people's lagging issues. Also make sure your drivers are up to date.

You could also always try this out, it seems to have worked.

I'm waiting for this Windows 10.  Windows 8 just wasn't my style.

Make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card. There was a recent update specifically for this game. Apparently it helped people a lot.

Make sure you have the latest graphics and sound drivers for your computer and try installing again.

Edit: the game runs without problems on my computer.

All is well with my drivers and everything, before 10min its automaticlly installed me windows 8.1 so I tried it and all was well in totally windowed, but the I tried full screen, and it lagged like hell... Is it my screen prob or the game's prob? Really hope the game's prob, I dont have a lot of money...

My system has lesser or similar specs, but with a combo of Settings choices, my game runs fairly smooth. Perhaps if you reduce Effects Quality to Low (reduces shine and glow from Spells and sim FX, and appears to make them appear more natural), and empty the cache before each session will aid FPS and aid the overall results.

I am starting to thing its my screens problem, as I have said before that when its windowed its runs perfectly but when its full its running HORRIBLE... Do you think its the screen's prob?

Yes i think you should start with low settings and see how it plays, if you have no crashes and slowdowns then raise your graphic settings a little until you have a good balance.

You do understand I bought a computer with 2060 us dollars for running this game on ultra, if I have wanted low I would've used my old computer :/ and my screen is not that bad 1920x1080 60 GHz hope this thing is a screen stat

Using windows 8 from when it came out.

Thankfully with windows 8.1 no more tiles.  Windows 8 is very stable, never had a blue screen ever with it.  So I would say why not window 8.  I run DAI on ulttra just fine but MSAA off 2560x1600 pixels @ 48FPS average.

The bashing on windows 8 allways seem to come from people with no user experience  and that is sad.  Besides windows 10, when people will be raving about it, is nothing more then a tweaked/uptimized version of 8.

However I use grafic cards from AMD with mantle.

I know you have a good computer but you are obviously having problems so the only remedy is to take ultra and change to a lower setting so you can play the game until a few patches are out.
Try a lower setting and see if this helps you.

Same here. I paid 2000 euro for my pc 6 months ago. It's very powerful and still new but DAI runs like crap. new Assassin's creed plays like a dream if we are to compare them. I am on W7. Even if i set everything to lowest most cut scenes are a slideshow.

I never owed any console.  Always played on PC but it doesn't work in the way I spent xxx amount of money so it should work.  PC is allways tweaking to hit the sweet spot to your liking.  Just buying a uber PC will NOT cut it.

If you want to run things with the least amount of trouble and investment it is th latest console that will do that for you and never the PC.  You must be willing to tweak and search thru google.  You bild up experience in doing so after a time.  If you are not willing to do that no amount of money you throw at a PC rig will keep you from utter dissapointment.

I would even say the more the expensive the rig you got, the more tweaking involved.
