Just got my first T3 staff and I was overjoyed. But it only gives completely weird upgrade options like dex, cunning, flanking bonuses and what not. No will or magic. Is this staff special in that it is made for... auto attack combat and not casting? Is it a bug?

I have had that with a staff handle. I don't think its a bug, either way dex and cun can both be useful, and bonus flanking damage is actually great for knight enchanters if that is your spec.

It must be the staff... changing the main metal for the staff do not manipulate the slots.
The slots are stuck on 2 x leather and 1 x cloth >.<

I just found out that T3 armor also sucks... no damage stats available... Really wish I knew what the devs were thinking here -.-

The crafting system is actually pretty ok imho. The actual schematics are always pieces of crap

Armor does increase damage. Willpower increases damage+ magic resist, Magic increases damage + barrier damage, and Attack% increases damage.
@Warlock, I love the Sturdy Battlemage Armor, it looks amazing. On the other hand all the staff schematics I have found are fugly. The Staff of the Dragon looks good, but has no upgrade slots. The Enchanter Staff is the only T3 schematic I have found, are you aware of any others.
