How do I enable my mic everything is plugged in but there appears to be no push to talk button in the keybind menu. I'm using a Turtle beach X 12 headset and mic.

Seems like mics are constantly on by default in this game, I see no option for it ingame nor in Origin settings. It's quite silly hearing about some random dudes personal life cus he doesn't realize his mic is on.

Mics are always on. Mine has an on/off switch that I sometimes use. But when you're talking in TS you can just mute everyone in the lobby, this supposedly mutes you for them as well.

The game uses your default mic. If you want to mute yourself in game but still use TS just install a virtual mic and make this virtual device default. Then in TS you can set that TS should use your real mic. Restart the game, it works like a charm.

It's exactly the other way round for me.

Same thing for me.  The "this player is talking" icon shows up in a lobby, but it seems no-one can ever hear me.

Maybe they just didn't want to reply or they don't have a mic (People aren't very talkative on PC). Have you confirmed that they actually couldn't hear you?

It's bugged somehow.

As soon as a pug starts talking I usually mute him.
