Ok so I got a couple of requisitions quests that I can't do, one is in the Hinterlands involving Fereldan locks, I killed all of the mages, templars, bandits, and mercenaries so now there is nothing that drops them in that area. Is there another place where can I get the Fereldan locks or am I just screwed an not being able to complete that quest.

I remember one dropped for me when I went to Storm Coast to pick up Bull, it may of been a fluke, but it's worth a try

Apparently they are only dropped from lvl 1-5 humanoid enemies, since the first requisition quest takes a while to complete (mid-tiered cloths is hard to come by early in the game), usually there are no level 1-5 humanoids left. Possibly BW will change the drops, but even if they will, it will probably take a while, I would guess they are mostly focused on music/barter bugs and the issues with the PC controls/tactical overview (and hopefully the tactics).
