I can't get my character to do the shout commands ("Come here!", "Fall back" etc. ) when I play multiplayer on PC. According to the tips  during loading it's supposed to be F1-F4, but it doesn't work for me.

Did I miss something?

Sometimes you don't get the sound from them, but I never ran into issues where I couldn't use them at all.

It is indeed the F1-F4 keys. Though some matches it won't work at all. Especially when it's a lagfest.

Also, when there is banter going on the shout commands won't make any sound.

I've never caught any of the tips during loading screens, and I must be having the above-listed audio and connection problems. I know what F4 does, but what are the other 3 keys?

I also have the same problem, but I also get no icon or any visual confirmation that shout has gone through. Not even a target outline on F1-ed enemy.

Sometimes the callouts ( or shout commands ) can fail to fire for a player in a match under certain circumstances, you're not crazy! We've got this fixed pending a future patch.
