Just noticed the bladed pommel and blunt pommel are the same stuff. 2 utility slot, 2 metal and cloth. Is it a bug?

Could be there so we've got an alternate appearance.  Could also be a bug.  Honestly, it'd be nice to see more items with offense: cloth slots.

I think bladed parts only work with axes and swords, while blunt parts only go on mauls.
