Considering how many times I saw "Josie is Antivan, OF COURSE she's bi! WINKWINKNUDGENUDGE" on this forum before the game came out, I really kind of like the approach they took with her character. She might not be for everyone, but it's great that she's an option for those who will appreciate her as she is.
Does Joesphine have a sex scene

As I understand, Josephine's romance arc involves a duel. That's an acceptable alternative to a sex scene in my book.
Yeah, thats also amazing

Is that like the medieval equivalent of a rap battle?

Ok I have some questions about this
-Solo no party members, this means I have to ignore train them? or just simply not selecting in party selection?
-Can I use my own abilities with basic attack?
-Is possible to get that point without raging? (so hard to get or takes some time and patience?
In any case, I will certainly going to do that.
It's really use to follow: after the prologue until you reach skyhold you cannot have anyone in the party other than yourself.
I'm not sure what happens with recruited party members so safe bet is don't recruit any.
you also cannot use a single ability other than basic attack, passives might not count i don't know safe bet is don't take any just in case.
as for whether YOU can make it without raging is the entire point. Want josie's ****** slug it out!
and remember its a hardlock on difficulty if you drop it below hard even for a second it wont do anything.

Yo man, real talk there better be more than just getting laid out of this. Like people will carry me wherever I go, and demons just explode from looking at me.

Sorry you can't deal wih one of your romance options being more innocent than the others, butit's just the luck of the draw sometimes. I believe that if you romance Solas, you don't really get an any naughty romance scene either, so you're not totally alone in that department. Anyway, if you look at the carious scenes on youtube, in all seriousness, I think they show that each situation is unique and that there's, ahem, variety in all of them. If you don't find Josephine's romance mature enough, then maybe Stick with Cass?
I believe that these two options (Josephine and Solas) are the way that they are for those people who do want something less...reliant on steamy sex scenes as a payoff for their romances. And while I am shallow enough that Iwould really have preferred to see my LI's glorious no-doubt glorious bod in that romance scene with him, it was still pretty romantic and I am okay with the fairly obvious implication of what happened overnight (seeing as the Inquisitor was as naked as a jaybird in the morning).

I don't mind the lack of a sex scene at all (watched a friend of mine do the Josie romance and I went after Solas). I'm glad Bioware feels comfortable enough with their writing to not feel pressure to include a sex scene for every single romance just because. If it's included then it's included with purpose. Josie's romance is sweet and adorable and fluffy. The Solas romance is sweet, melancholy, and very intense. It also didn't need a sex scene. The feelings come across regardless, and probably better because the scenes could focus on other things. And besides, there's enough hinting that you can headcanon in whatever level of intimacy you want. If you're watching a movie with a romantic plot and two adult characters that are attracted to one another, do you need to see them naked to know that they have sex?

I'm honestly beginning to think he did.
I felt silly posting it, but at this point I wouldn't be surprised if some Josephine romancers are desperate enough to try that.

Its a forum were we get together and talk about things. I am not going through every thread to see if the topic has started. This is also a mature game and a RPG. I expect intimacy in these games. It helps with the RPG experience, the story and my relationships with my companions. Make as many threads as you want about this topic, for those you are tired of it, dont read them.its simple.

There's references to them having sex, there's just not an outright sex scene. It's not necessarily a bad thing. Though I won't lie. I wanted to see naked-but-playfully-censored Blackwall/Solas... for science.
How many are confirmed not to have a sex scene? So far I know it's Solas, Blackwall and Josephine.

As I understand, Josephine's romance arc involves a duel. That's an acceptable alternative to a sex scene in my book.
Maybe it would have been had it made sense. Which it did not, given that my character is a mage, the duel could never have happened without Josephine knowing about it, and going ahead with it behind her back is sort of a dick move.
None of which changes that we could easily have had a sex scene for those who wanted it and the ability to avoid it for those who didn't, without cutting it out altogether.

It boils down to treating you like an adult. This game does not even though it advertises itself as an adult game because apparently wanting sex to showcase intimacy is somehow equal to pornography.
Go figure. Makes me wonder if these people who make these shaming accusations have actually seen pornography or not.
Personally, the reason why I would like a sex scene for Josephine as opposed to a duel is that it makes a lot more sense, especially since she is romanceable by all Inquisitors.
Only the noble Inquisitors would have any idea how to use a rapier sword and to duel properly with it. Which means only non-mage Trevelyans can technically duel with rapiers. As far as I know, Dalish do not have rapiers, Dwarves don't have them either, Circle mages definitely do not have them for they use lightsabers spirit blades and Qunari never use such swords either....
Also, the idea that Josephine is oblivious to it makes no sense either...She was right there when the Inquisitor approved the mission...
So that scene, roleplay wise, makes no sense for well, most Inquisitors...But they decided to put that in...Because Disney Princess & adult fantasy somehow meshes well...
